Spencer Private Hospitals is seeking an Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our busy theatre team in Margate. You will deliver safe, high-quality anaesthetic care for elective procedures across multiple specialties.

Key requirements include an ODP or RN with an Anaesthetic course, ability to assess and plan patient care, and strong teamwork in a 7-day rota. Fixed salary offers enhancement for out-of-hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Registered Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse with recognised Anaesthetic course.
• Knowledge of research and evidence-based practice.
• Catalyst for change and improvement.
• Knowledge of CQC standards.
• Ability to work as part of a theatre team.
• Ability to manage emergencies within operating theatre.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, high-quality anaesthetic care for elective procedures.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Develop clinical skills and maintain patient safety across a 7-day rota.
• Work across a range of surgical specialities with varied anaesthetic techniques.
