Job summary

Spencer Private Hospitals is seeking an Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our busy theatre team in Margate. You will deliver safe, high-quality anaesthetic care for elective procedures across multiple specialties.

Key requirements include an ODP or RN with an Anaesthetic course, ability to assess and plan patient care, and strong teamwork in a 7-day rota. Fixed salary offers enhancement for out-of-hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Registered Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse with recognised Anaesthetic course.

Salary: £33,043.73-£40,219.49 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

Spencer Private Hospitals (SPH) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our busy theatre team. Working within our independent healthcare setting, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing a wide range of elective surgical procedures.

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied range of elective surgical specialities, utilising a variety of anaesthetic techniques. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary theatre team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while continuing to develop your clinical skills and experience.

30 Hours a week . Other Part-time hours considered. Hours are worked across a 7 day working rota. Please specify your preference on the application form.

We offer enhancements for Saturdays and any work between 8pm and 7.30am on weekdays at time +30% of your basic salary rate. For Sundays and Bank Holidays at time + 60% of your basic salary rate.
