Darlington Memorial Hospital seeks a Consultant in Anaesthesia with an Interest in Chronic Pain to join the Anaesthetics and Intensive Care team. The role involves supporting DMH ICU, perioperative care and cross-site cover for elective lists.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to teaching, clinical governance and research audits, and develop services in chronic pain alongside regional anaesthesia.

Qualificações

• UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in Intensive Care and Anaesthesia preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop the Intensive Care service and specialist Anaesthesia skills.
• Supervise junior medical staff and ensure continuing patient care.
• Contribute to teaching, research and clinical governance activities.
• Team with the Anaesthesia and Critical Care group to support workload and scheduling.
