Barclays in Glasgow is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to support day-to-day monitoring, review and reporting of activity, and timely resolution of incidents. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify suspicious activity and to collaborate across teams on risk-based decisions.

The successful candidate will work on-site in Glasgow three days a week, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and investigating transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity.
• Ability to assess complex patterns and support risk-based decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive case records and audit-ready summaries.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day Transaction Monitoring activities including reviews, investigations and reporting.
• Investigate alerts, escalate breaches, and resolve incidents in collaboration with other teams.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve monitoring efficiency and controls.
• Participate in projects to enhance monitoring effectiveness.
