Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking an AML Team Leader in Leeds to lead a dynamic team focused on anti-money laundering processes and governance. You will work closely with governance, compliance and operations to maintain high standards and drive quality assurance, training and operational excellence.

The role involves managing quality scorecards, refining procedures in Confluence, and leading cross-functional AML initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Independent worker with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Confluence and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication with compliance, governance, MLROs, operations and cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with ability to propose and implement ideas.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve queries.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ambitious team player with collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations and scheduling to maintain productivity and morale.
• Provide expert guidance and promptly address team queries or escalations.
• Manage ramp-up plans and PIPs; address QA queries.
• Assign and monitor updates or creation of internal operational procedures.
• Manage quality scorecards and training materials.
• Ensure training programs are high-quality and ready for deployment.
• Track tasks and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and investigations related to training and quality.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional AML projects.
