Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking an AML Team Leader to guide a dynamic team focused on enforcing Anti-Money Laundering processes. You will collaborate with governance, compliance and operations to maintain high QA standards, training and operational excellence, while refining procedures in Confluence and driving governance-driven alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including performance reviews and development planning.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Confluence and familiarity with QA methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across compliance, governance, MLROs and operations.
• Creative mindset and ability to drive innovative ideas to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations by managing staff schedules, absences and coverage.
• Provide expert guidance and promptly address team queries or escalations.
• Manage ramp-up plans, PIPs and QA queries.
• Create and update internal operational procedures.
• Manage quality scorecards and training material.
• Ensure training programs are effective and team-ready.
• Track and follow up on tasks for timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and conduct investigations related to training and quality.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional AML projects.
