Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking an AML Team Leader in Leeds to guide a dynamic team focused on Anti‑Money Laundering processes and governance. You will drive quality assurance, training, and operational excellence, coordinating with governance, compliance and operations to raise standards.

You will oversee scheduling, escalation management, and the development of training materials, quality scorecards, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AML or compliance QA teams.
• Able to work independently with strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Confluence and familiarity with QA methodologies.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across governance, compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations including staff schedules, absences and coverage.
• Provide expert guidance and address team queries or escalations.
• Manage ramp-up plans, PIPs and QA queries.
• Create and update internal procedures.
• Manage quality scorecards and training materials.
• Ensure training programs are effective and team-ready.
• Track tasks and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and investigations related to training and quality.
• Lead cross-functional AML improvement projects.
