The Berkeley, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, seeks a Room Service professional to deliver high-standard service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

You will handle amenities delivery, coordinate beverages, and maintain pristine service areas as part of a collaborative team in a historic London hotel.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and deliver the hotel Room Service standards of performance, whilst attempt to deliver above and beyond expectation.
• Collect all china, cutlery, finger bowls, serviettes and all @types of glasses as required by Guest Relations Department.
• Collect fruit and chocolate from kitchen pastry section.
• Collect all beverages from Room Service supervisor.
• All above to be delivered in the area allocated for the preparation of amenities.
