The Berkeley in London is seeking dedicated housekeeping colleagues to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest care. You will work as part of a dynamic team within a historic hotel, ensuring every area reflects our commitment to excellence.

You will maintain spotless guest areas, support a welcoming environment, and contribute to the seamless guest journey while adhering to Maybourne’s standards and values.

Responsibilities

• The cleanliness of all areas should exceed guest expectations.
• To ensure that the staff, changing rooms entrance and surrounding areas to the hotel are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Clean mirrors and vacuum staff lift and purchasing lift.
• Clean waiter service areas on all floors.
• To clean emergency staircase on all floors.
• Report all missing items and lost & found items to Security immediately.
• Report all items in disrepair or damaged to maintenance.
