Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 5 Theatre Practitioner (ODP or RN with anaesthetic course) to join the Nightingale Hospital Exeter team. You will work across anaesthetics, recovery and scrub, delivering patient‑centred care in a nationally recognised orthopaedic hub.

The role offers professional development within SWAOC, access to training and innovation programmes, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Theatre Practitioner (ODP or RN with anaesthetic course)
• Experience across scrub, anaesthetics and recovery
• Interest in developing orthopaedic subspecialities and continuous improvement
