Nerams Ltd is seeking a Logistics Support role based at Ferryhill to assist the Logistics Manager and Team Leaders in keeping vehicles, equipment, stock and stations ready for operations. You will accompany ambulance crews, complete audits, and maintain accurate records using company systems.

The role covers full-time rota including nights and weekends, with driving duties and strict adherence to IPC and safety procedures. A valid UK driving licence and good IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with at least one year of driving experience.
• Must be over 21 for insurance purposes.
• Good communication, organisation and IT skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or within a team.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Reliable, professional and flexible.
• Able to commute to Ferryhill.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Manager and Team Leaders in maintaining vehicles, equipment, stock and stations, ensuring operational readiness.
• Carry out vehicle, equipment and stock checks and report defects or discrepancies.
• Assist with vehicle servicing, MOTs and repairs, maintaining accurate records.
• Move and deliver vehicles, equipment and supplies safely.
• Provide logistics support to ambulance crews and communicate with operational teams.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, manage replenishment.
• Carry out medication and oxygen checks where trained and authorised.
• Complete audits and maintain records.
• Follow company policies on health and safety and safeguarding.
• Maintain clean, safe and organised stations, stores and work areas.
