East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking staff for collection and delivery of Trust vehicles across the region, with extended road tests to ensure readiness for service. Roles involve shift work including early/late shifts and weekends/bank holidays, and require diligent reporting of defects and safe handling of equipment.

Successful candidates will coordinate with Fleet Administrators and Workshop Managers, perform pre-drive checks, and support urgent missions as needed.

Competenze

• Shift work including early and late shifts; weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Must be able to safely collect and deliver Trust vehicles and perform road tests.
• Must keep Fleet Administrators informed and report defects promptly.
• Must safeguard fuel cards and mobile phones and return on end of duties.
• Willingness to flexible working arrangements.

Mansioni

• Collection and delivery of Trust vehicles to workshops and other designated repairers.
• Carry out extended road tests to ensure vehicles are fit for use by the Trust.
• Report any defects or faults to the Workshop Supervisor or Workshop Manager before handover.
• Conduct pre-drive vehicle checks (tyres, lights, coolant, fuel) before journeys.
• Maintain contact with Fleet Administrators and Workshop Supervisors about availability for work.
