Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-Ordinator in Hastings. You will prepare ambulances and patient transport vehicles to approved infection-control standards and ensure equipment is fit for use on Trust vehicles.

Role includes testing equipment, replacing used packs, and maintaining readiness. DBS clearance is required, with training provided to support safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning ambulances or related transport vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work to infection control standards.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to approved standards.
• Test medical equipment on Trust vehicles to ensure fit for use.
• Replace used/broken Make Ready packs and replace response bags with repacked sealed bags.
