The Role

Ambulance Care Assistant 2 are often seen as entry level opportunities, with many Staff progressing into Emergency Medical Technician or even Paramedic roles. You will already have a real passion for patient care, together with excellent communication and people skills. Please note that applicants must hold a full B class driving license, with a maximum of 3 penalty points and no previous convictions for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in order to progress to the driving assessment.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• Level 2 Diploma including Essential/Key/Core Skills at Level 2 in Application of Number and Communication or 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Mathematics/Numeracy, English/Welsh and combined Sciences or any single science.
