Job summary

Davisons Law is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to manage their own caseload across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages. The role requires a qualified solicitor or equivalent and a proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

You will develop relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders, ensuring transactions progress smoothly while meeting business targets.

Qualifications

• Qualified in solicitor, CILEx, or CLC, or proven ability to manage own caseload.
• Experience in residential conveyancing and property transactions.
• Strong organisational skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, estate agents and lenders.
• Manage own caseload as Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer Fee Earner.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity efficiently.
