Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well organised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.
• Excellent keyboard and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.
• Manage client enquiries and quotations.
• Maintain filing systems and retrieve client files.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, agents, and professionals.
• Support exchange of contracts and draft completion statements.
• Prepare files for completion and report on searches and title pack.
