Job summary

Davisons Law in Malvern is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to manage own caseload across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers. You will work with minimal supervision within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC), strong client relationships, and a proven track record handling freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE minimum in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing own caseload.
• Qualified solicitor or equivalent (CILEx/CLC) or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Have 3 years PQE as a minimum.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Manage own work allocation with proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer Fee Earner.
• Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
• Strong organisational skills, IT literate and experience with web-based case management systems.
• Be commercially astute, targeting fee income in line with targets.
• Support/development of assistants and paralegals.
• Work on freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties.
• Handle client enquiries face to face, remotely and by telephone.

What you’ll do

When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer, you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
