eNL is seeking a Residential Development Lawyer in Greater Manchester on a permanent basis, offering £45,000 to £85,000 DOE. The successful candidate will act for housebuilders, SME developers, traders and investors, handling site assembly, residential schemes, plot sales and refinancing, alongside broader property matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE with proven residential development, plot sales or new build sales experience.
• Experience handling site assembly and refinancing matters.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload to deadlines.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act for housebuilders, SME developers, property traders and investors across a varied residential development caseload.
• Handle site assembly, residential development schemes, plot sales, refinancing and wider residential property matters.
• Work closely with a team of paralegals to manage the day to day progression of transactions.
• Build strong relationships with established developer and SME clients.
