About The Role

This permanent Residential Development Lawyer role in Greater Manchester offers a salary of £45,000 to £85,000, dependent on experience. The successful candidate, ideally three to five years qualified, will act for housebuilders, SME developers, property traders and investors. Duties include site assembly, residential schemes, plot sales and refinancing, alongside broader property matters. Working closely with paralegals, the lawyer manages daily progression of transactions and builds lasting relationships with established clients. Overview

• Act for housebuilders, SME developers, property traders and investors across a varied residential development caseload.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 3–5 years’ PQE and proven residential development, plot sales or new build sales experience.
• Experience managing residential transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing is essential.
• Experience drafting estate documentation would be advantageous, as would some commercial property experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision and managing a demanding caseload to developer deadlines and targets.
