Qualifications

• Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3-5 years' PQE in residential development.
• Experience handling plot sales or new build sales.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and deal with developer/SME clients.

Responsibilities

• Focus on residential development and plot sales for housebuilders, SME developers, traders and investors.
• Site assembly, development schemes, refinancing and related property matters.
• Manage day-to-day progression of transactions with paralegals and build client relationships.
