Blue Arrow in Swansea or Cardigan (onsite) is seeking a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' practice experience to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice or similar environment.
• Good technical knowledge of accounts preparation, VAT and taxation.
• Experience using IRIS, Sage, KashFlow, QuickBooks or Xero is essential.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Preparation & Taxation.
• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies using IRIS or similar software.
• Maintain understanding of VAT and monthly/quarterly accounting for owner-managed businesses.
• Complete self-assessment and corporation tax returns using IRIS or similar software.
• Work with accounting software including Sage 50, KashFlow, QuickBooks and Xero.
• Support clients in adopting digital accounting technology and access real-time management information.
