Job summary

Autograph Specialist Recruitment Limited has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Manager (Qualified or QBE) in Swansea. You will manage your own client portfolio, build relationships, and contribute to growth within a forward-thinking practice.

With 5+ years in practice, ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent by experience is preferred. You will advise on accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial systems, using Xero or QuickBooks to support clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or QBE with 5+ years in practice.
• Strong background in general practice within an accountancy firm.
• Proven experience managing your own client portfolio independently.
• Confident using financial software and cloud-based accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and company tax returns
• Produce and analyse regular management accounts for a varied client portfolio
• Present financial information to clients clearly, offering actionable insights
• Provide advice on accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial systems to support business growth
