Job summary

Core Group is seeking an experienced M&E / MEP Quantity Surveyor to support its growing London operation with strong commercial delivery on M&E packages.

Based in London, the role offers a permanent, full-time position with clear progression as the business expands toward £60m-£80m turnover by 2027. The successful candidate will manage valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts and work closely with the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E/MEP Quantity Surveyor in construction or M&E.
• Strong ability to manage valuations, variations, and subcontractor accounts.
• Ambitious with commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial aspects of M&E packages.
• Prepare valuations, applications, payments and variations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Procure and negotiate subcontract packages.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Support project managers and site teams.
