Haslams Estate Agents in Reading is looking for a Lettings professional to join our ambitious eight-strong lettings team. You will coordinate viewings, assist with valuations, and manage landlord and applicant communications.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in the property industry.
• Dynamic and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Competently booking and following up viewings, providing landlord feedback.
• Competently booking valuations, obtaining detailed background information on the landlord’s situation.
• Working closely with the Sales department to build relationships with investor buyers.
• Maintaining and managing personal and office diaries.
• Hourly management of email inboxes.
• Conducting viewings to a set standard, following company procedures.
• Competently putting together new let paperwork.
• Carrying out the daily activities to meet daily and weekly personal activity targets.
