At this level, you will be on an upward trajectory toward partnership, but external factors may influence your ability to grow or the valuation of your skills. As someone at 5+ PQE, it is important to position yourself for future partnership.

Clients seek future partners, and to stand out from existing associates, you should confidently bring a client following of at least £80-200k, depending on practice area.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years PQE within a UK City or West End law firm and must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales.

You might currently work for a boutique firm or a Top 50 City or US law firm, seeking a more entrepreneurial platform. Your clients instruct you because of your personal brand, not institutional clients.
