At this level, you will be on an upward trajectory toward partnership but should be aware of potential challenges outside your control that may impact your growth or valuation of your skills. As a candidate with 5+ PQE, you should be conscious of positioning for future partnership opportunities.

Our clients seek future partners who can demonstrate a client following of at least £80-200k, depending on the practice area, to differentiate from existing associates and senior associates.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years PQE from a UK City or West End law firm and be qualified solicitors in England & Wales.

You might be currently working at a boutique firm or a Top 50 City or US law firm, seeking a more entrepreneurial platform, confident that your clients instruct you based on your personal brand rather than institutional clients.
