Collins Property Recruitment Ltd in Stanmore is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Manager to join a growing team. You'll work alongside experienced investors, handle daily property management, tenant relationships, financial admin and service charges, with a chance to contribute to building an in-house service charge function.

You'll be expected to bring experience, initiative and a readiness to learn, take ownership and grow within a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or residential property management is ideal.
• Proactive and hardworking with initiative.
• Organised and commercially aware with good numerical sense.
• Personable and confident in building tenant and client relationships.
• Practical and adaptable, capable of handling routine tasks and complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property matters, tenant enquiries and maintenance.
• Support service charge budgeting, reconciliations and collections.
• Monitor rental income, manage arrears and credit control.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, managing agents and advisers.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, compliance and admin.
• Maintain lease records, key dates and property data.
• Take increasing responsibility for individual properties as experience grows.
