Job summary

Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an AVT Operational Change and Implementation Lead to drive the introduction of Ambient Voice Technology across the Trust. The role reports into the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on redesigning documentation flow to free clinicians for patient care.

It requires senior programme management, strong governance reporting and the ability to embed new ways of working across clinical and operational teams within a complex NHS

Qualifications

Post graduate qualification at master’s level or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience of leading operational implementation of service change across clinical services.
Ability to translate digital or technology-enabled change into practical clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead on work to introduce Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Redesign the way clinical documentation fits into the flow of care.
Collaborate with clinical, digital and operational teams to shape AVT adoption across the Trust.
Support colleagues in embedding new ways of working to increase efficiency and reduce admin burden.
