Waythrough is seeking an Ambassador & Volunteer Coordinator to lead recruitment, onboarding and development of volunteers across multiple Northumberland recovery services. You will work with service managers and partners to ensure volunteers feel valued and contribute meaningfully to the people we support.

This is a rewarding and varied position where you'll lead on the recruitment, onboarding, development and support of volunteers and peer ambassadors across multiple recovery services in Northumberland.
Working closely with service managers, staff and community partners, you'll ensure volunteers have a positive experience, feel valued and are equipped to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of the people we support. You'll also help expand volunteering opportunities, strengthen community connections and promote the value that lived experience brings to recovery services.
The role covers services across Blyth, Ashington, Hexham and Berwick, so access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly is essential.
