Job description

About Us

Established in 2015 and headquartered in Milton Keynes, England, we are one of the UK's top Amazon sellers, trusted by leading global brands and licensing partners. Specialising in licensed products from iconic brands including Marvel, Disney, Pokémon, Harry Potter, football clubs, KPop Demon Hunters, Minecraft and more, we serve millions of customers worldwide.

Scaling beyond Amazon, our omnichannel strategy spans TikTok Shop, SHEIN, Temu, Debenhams and major marketplaces across Europe, North America, Mexico, and the UAE.

  • Location: Office-based, in Milton Keynes
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Amazon Organic Growth Specialist to take ownership of our organic search visibility and listing performance across a high volume of SKUs. In this role, you are the analytical engine. Instead of spending hours generating content, you will leverage advanced data extraction tools and specialised internal workflows to fuel our content engine.

Your mission is to reverse-engineer competitor strategies, dominate keyword rankings, and architect high-converting listing frameworks. If you treat the Amazon algorithm like a data puzzle and care deeply about organic rankings, click‑through rates (CTR), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Listing Creation: Build new Amazon product listings from scratch, designing the complete data architecture including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product attributes to ensure immediate indexing and maximum launch momentum.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth reverse ASIN lookups and gap analyses using Helium 10 to identify competitor weaknesses and ranking footprints.
  • Keyword Architecture: Extract, filter, and cluster high-intent search terms to build structured data frameworks for product titles, bullet points, and indexing targets.
  • Listing Performance & Optimisation: Oversee the structural assembly of optimised listings, utilising advanced internal workflows and tools to refine data inputs into high-converting, compliant copy.
  • Backend Metadata Management: Maintain absolute accuracy across backend search terms, subject matter fields, and hidden attributes to ensure immediate and sustained indexing.
  • Organic Performance Tracking: Monitor keyword ranking movements and organic glance views, adapting strategies as algorithms evolve.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC team to align organic keyword targeting with paid campaigns, maximising total search page visibility.
Requirements
  • Proven Amazon Expertise: Minimum of one year's hands‑on experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central datasets.
  • Advanced Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Helium 10 (particularly Cerebro and Magnet) or equivalent enterprise marketplace analytics platforms.
  • The Algorithm Mindset: Deep working knowledge of Amazon's ranking algorithms, indexing mechanics, and category-specific listing requirements.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Comfortable reviewing keyword spreadsheets and filtering data exports to identify relevant search terms.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to manage high-volume SKU architectures efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Modern Workflow Adaptability: Comfortable working alongside automated systems, data-driven content tools, and technology-first workflows.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or similar Amazon optimisation tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful Amazon product listings and marketing campaigns.
Benefits
  • Casual dress
  • On‑site parking
  • Bright Exchange
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Regular social events including summer & end of year parties.
  • Spontaneous employee well‑being treats
  • A day off for your birthday
  • Vouchers at Christmas to shop with F&F
  • Staff Purchases
  • NEST Pension
  • Private medical insurance with Vitality health with various benefits including discounts on a gym membership.
