Job summary

SodaStream is expanding its Northern Europe marketing team. We are seeking an Amazon & eRetail Marketing Lead to own marketplace media and activation across the region, partnering with Global Amazon teams and local Brand Leads.

The role sits at the interface of brand and performance, driving visibility and conversion with platform-native execution, content alignment, and cross-market coordination. English proficiency required; experience in FMCG/eCommerce is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand, growth, or performance marketing experience in Amazon/eCommerce.
• Native-level English; Nordic/Dutch/French language skills are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem (media, retail, content, conversion).
• Experience with media agencies for planning, briefing and output challenges.
• Ability to translate brand direction into platform-native execution and optimise for visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon & eRetail media planning across Northern Europe markets.
• Partner with agencies to build annual and quarterly media plans aligned to business priorities.
• Review and refine media plans to meet growth objectives and market needs.
• Coordinate with Brand Leads to align on campaign priorities, messaging and moments.
• Align media plans with commercial and trading plans to maximise impact.
• Contribute to budget planning and investment priorities across channels.
• Lead paid media and creative execution across Amazon and eRetail platforms.
• Localise paid assets with Brand Leads for market relevance.
• Align paid and organic content (PDPs, A+, onsite) for performance.
• Ensure high-quality execution and consistency across campaigns.
