Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measurements, tolerances and component specs.
• Good eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate Amada Press Brake machines to manufacture components to specification.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Select and fit the appropriate tooling for each job.
• Carry out bending and forming operations to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished components using measuring equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report any quality issues or production concerns.
• Work to production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Carry out routine machine checks and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and security requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
