  • Track customer service interactions to support ongoing improvements to the alumni experience.

  • Provide administrative support across the Volunteer team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with agreed policies and procedures.

  • Support event administration, including bookings, guest lists, name badges, surveys and purchasing gifts.

  • Help onboard alumni onto MyLBS, troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex issues where required.

  • Administer event listings, posts and content on MyLBS.

  • Support club leaders with event administration through the alumni digital platform.

  • Support data administration, including entering alumni data into Raiser’s Edge and setting up simple queries for reporting.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver team objectives, meet targets and provide an outstanding stakeholder experience.

  • Act as a referral point for less experienced colleagues to help resolve operational queries.

  • Support the tracking of event budgets and process event bookings and refunds in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to process reviews, operational improvements and positive change across the team.
