The University of Edinburgh is recruiting a part-time Alumni Engagement Assistant to support the engagement centre. You will develop shift plans, guide a team of Alumni Ambassadors, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
This role supports students with flexible hours around your studies. Ideal candidates are well organized, with strong communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence, and have prior experience in an engagement centre.
Grade UE04: £26,093 - £28,778 per annum, pro rata
USG / Development and Alumni
Part-time: Guaranteed Hours contract
Fixed-term: up to 12 months
You will work closely with the Senior Development Officer to develop shift plans for the campaign. On shift, you will work with a team of new and returning Alumni Ambassadors, providing on the spot guidance and completing administrative tasks that will ensure the smooth functioning on our engagement centre.
