You will provide high-quality support across our alumni engagement activities and help communicate with graduates and volunteers, sharing their stories and celebrating achievements.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Producing, proofreading, and distributing communications to alumni and volunteers, including newsletters and event invitations
• Supporting the delivery of alumni events, online and in person
• Maintaining accurate alumni records and databases
• Responding to alumni enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Working with colleagues across the university to support engagement and fundraising activities
• Supporting alumni chapters and volunteer involvement
