The University of Edinburgh is seeking a part-time Communications and Marketing assistant to support the Digital Marketing Team. You will help provide front-line support for the University’s social media channels through monitoring, query handling and audience engagement activities.
This fixed-term role is 14 hours per week, operates during standard office hours, and offers hybrid working. Working patterns will be agreed with the successful candidate to accommodate study commitments.

The prospective post holder must be a current student at the University of Edinburgh and residing in the UK.
You will help provide front-line support for the University’s social media channels through monitoring, query handling and audience engagement activities. You will help ensure quality and service standards in our community engagement by responding to, or triaging, audience queries and issues and by identifying, monitoring and reporting emerging issues and discussions.
This post is part-time (up to 14 hours per week), operates during standard office hours, and is suitable for hybrid working. Working patterns will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure the required service coverage and accommodate any study commitments.
