You will process customer orders from survey through to manufacture, interpreting technical information and ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Aluminium Order Processor in fenestration.
• Knowledge of aluminium window/door/glazing systems.
• Experience using LogiKal or Business Micros Evolution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Good communication and multi-project management.
• Proactive and able to work in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and glazing systems.
• Interpret survey information, architects' drawings and technical specifications.
• Produce accurate manufacturing and supplier orders.
• Check measurements, configurations and specifications prior to production.
• Liaise with surveyors, customers, suppliers and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Manage order amendments and resolve technical queries.
• Monitor order progress and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Provide technical support where required.
