Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Account Manager for the Alternatives Account Management team within Prime Financial Services. You will act as the primary contact for Hedge Fund clients, delivering guidance across the full PFS product suite, including prime brokerage and clearing services.

The role requires a commercial mindset, client focus, and collaboration with Sales, Trading and Product Development to tailor solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Hedge Fund clients on the PFS platform.
• Support pricing, margin simulations, and profitability analysis.
• Understand client strategy and align PFS offerings to their needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trading and Product Development on enhancements.
• Monitor client feedback and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Staff engagements for regulatory change initiatives and risk management.
• Maintain strong control framework and escalate issues as needed.
