Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ALS staff to deliver high-quality learner support.
• Coordinate support across curriculum areas to meet student needs.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, performance, attendance and staff development.
• Promote inclusive teaching and learning practices with curriculum teams.
• Oversee ISPs, risk assessments and support arrangements.
• Monitor quality and impact through observations and learner progress tracking.
• Support funding compliance, record keeping and QA processes.
• Champion SEND best practice and inclusion across the college.
