Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Bridgend is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support learning for pupils with additional needs under teacher supervision. You will work to help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally within a safe, nurturing setting.

You will assist 1:1 and small-group activities, support personal development plans, and promote confidence, independence and positive behaviour while collaborating with teachers and other professionals.
