Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Occulo Lounge kitchen. Competitive pay up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks and staff meals from day one. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a growing brand with 300+ sites across England and Wales.

You will cook to spec, support the Head Chef, maintain high standards, and collaborate with FOH to ensure a memorable guest experience. Great career development and staff perks await.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen handling.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
