Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1–2+ years in financial services.
• Degree from a top university in a STEM field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Coding experience or willingness to learn Python, KDB and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients across all channels and escalate where needed.
• Translate technical updates into client-friendly language.
• Lead client communications during incidents and updates with Marketing on tone.
• Implement and optimize internal systems and monitor alerts to support goals.
• Ensure trading operates within risk and compliance limits.
• Own internal connectivity systems for uninterrupted global support.
• Work with sales to translate client demand into strategy requirements.
• Operate with integrity and adhere to regulatory standards.
