The position offers an 8-4 shift pattern with weekend work. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Addiction team within NHS Prison Healthcare at HMP Barlinnie. Our team collaborates with the Scottish Prison Service and other partner agencies to enhance prisoners' physical and mental health and wellbeing.
The post holder will be operationally responsible and professionally accountable to the Nurse Team Leader. This role is peripatetic across four prisons in the Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board Area: HMP Barlinnie, HMP Greenock, HMP Lilias, and HMP Low Moss. While based at one site, coverage across all sites may be required to meet service needs.
