Zusammenfassung

Swissport Jersey Island is seeking a Head of Airside Services to lead all airside operations at Jersey Airport. You will be responsible for safe, efficient, and financially sound service delivery across ramp, bag hall, dispatch, and related activities, while upholding HSE standards.

You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with stakeholders including airport management and unions. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent, advanced degree in related field advantageous.
• Excellent working knowledge of business management principles and profitability drivers.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with significant P&L accountability and leadership of large teams.
• Fluent English, strong leadership and communication skills.
