Job summary

Colten Care is seeking an Airside Supervisor to oversee safe airside operations and lead front-line team members. The role includes coordinating activities across the bag hall, aircraft loading/unloading, appearance, and service dispatch, while ensuring shifts run smoothly and targets are met.

The successful candidate will motivate and guide staff to deliver high performance in line with Swissport procedures and brand values, maintaining safety, security, and quality standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a frontline team with clear, decisive guidance.
• Strong focus on health, safety and security standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across shifts and with airport authorities.
• Capacity to monitor resources and manage overtime effectively.
• Proactive in coaching and developing staff for improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver safe, on-time departures for clients.
• Monitor resources and control overtime payments.
• Identify training needs and train/coach team as required.
• Provide feedback to staff and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate equipment care and daily station communications.
