Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring for a kitchen role based in Jersey’s Airport Lounge. You will prepare and cook buffet-style offerings and help maintain a spotless kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring equipment is functional, following health and safety SOPs, and promoting hygiene across the kitchen. Flexibility for hours and location is required, with team-oriented collaboration and attention to detail emphasized.

Preparing and cooking buffet style in Airport Lounge

• Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean
• Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
• Following SOP’s in line with Health and Safety guidelines
• The promotion of a clean and hygienic kitchen following all company and legal food safety requirements.
• Ensure the Kitchen is clean at all times by completing regular cleaning

Requirements

• You must comply with all policies and procedures as written in the Employment Handbook
• Be willing to help other team members wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough
• Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the Company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities
• Have a clean and presentable uniform in line with company standards
