Job summary

TK Elevator GmbH in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Lift Technician to service and maintain passenger lifts at London Gatwick Airport. The role is based on a 6am–6pm shift, operating on a 4on 4off pattern to cover a 24/7 airport environment.

You will fault-find, assess, and repair lift systems, while supporting engineers and ensuring safety and reliability in daily operations. A strong customer-care approach and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ4 in Lift Engineering or an equivalentqualification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Ability to use initiative and work well with others.
• Commitment to health and safety at work.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining client lifts at Gatwick Airport.
• Diagnosing faults and performing technical assessments.
• Providing regional technical support to engineers.
• Repairing or replacing lift parts as needed.
