Job summary

Mount Charles Group is hiring a Chef for our Belfast International Airport site. The role covers 35 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with shifts between 3am and 10pm.

You will support kitchen operations, ensure top food quality, maintain HACCP records and stock control, and work to a strong customer-service ethos. The successful candidate will have Food Hygiene Level 3, experience in a similar role, and a flexible, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must be able to work alternate weekends.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety and instruction communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens to ensure high food quality.
• Planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standard.
• Ensure stock control procedures and HACCP records are maintained and updated.
