Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) operates London Stansted Airport and connects millions of passengers with a global network. We are delivering a £50m+ annual capital programme and seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to drive efficiencies, manage multi-project portfolios, and keep disruption to a minimum across terminals, airfield, and infrastructure.

You will lead a team of Project Managers with strong governance, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• University degree and professional PM qualifications required or preferred.
• APMP PPQ or equivalent qualification essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a capital programme across three airports.
• Manage a £5m+ portfolio within your functional area.
• Ensure projects are delivered with focus on cost, schedule and quality.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Support the annual business planning cycle for your programme of works and respond to emerging needs.
