MAG (Airports Group) is hiring a Programme Delivery Manager to lead capital projects across three airports, driving efficiency and value. You will manage a £5m+ portfolio, coordinating Terminals, Airfield and Infrastructure work, while minimizing disruption to airport operations.

You will supervise and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification, with a strong focus on cost, schedule and quality.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required; Chartered Engineer, Surveyor or Project Professional status preferred.
• APMP PPQ or equivalent qualification essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party approvals (Planning, Property, Legal).

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of a capital programme across multiple airports (Terminals, Airfield, Infrastructure).
• Deliver the annual capital programme within your portfolio (£5m+).
• Maintain focus on cost, schedule and quality across projects.
• Plan and prioritise multiple projects to realise business case benefits.
• Allocate resources across the programme portfolio to sustain in-year delivery.
• Identify opportunities for value through bundling and group procurement.
• Minimise disruption to airport operations while delivering projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Senior Operational Leaders.
• Lead, direct and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver on time and to budget.
• Support annual business planning for the programme.
